The sun outside is shining bright,
giving off a hazy light....
a new day to say "I LOVE YOU"!

Hours and minutes, marking time,
God's written such a perfect rhyme....
days full of love for you!!

Birds are singing in the trees,
melody brought to me by a summer breeze....
my heart song sings how I LOVE YOU!!

Few things in this world are really true,
but God is sure, and He gave me you....
a new life full of how much I LOVE YOU!!

I will treasure you today,
showing you in all I do and say....
my dearest Lucian, how I LOVE YOU!!
