Sipping tea
On the balcony
Wondering what my remainder of life will be
Where my dreams are only for me to see

Trying to reach out
I want to shout
My echoes are only loud
While my voice can only be heard by the clouds

There's nobody here
A silent atmosphere
I can listen but I cannot hear
My heart is being pierced by a spear

The footsteps on the sand
Don¡¯t know where they went
No laughter around
The wind was the only sound

Day turns to night
The sun and stars are bright
But I can¡¯t see the light
Darkness had blinded my sight

The pain will pass
I wish it could be fast
How I missed the days
That are now decayed

Thunder and lightning ahead
How I wish I could hide in bed
But I got to be strong
To prove that I¡¯m not wrong

Lost hopes and fallen dreams
Flow away like the stream
That is what you are
A far and glowing distant star

There is always a rainbow after the rain
Let my tears wash away the stain
Deep in my heart it aches
Don¡¯t know how long I can take

Held up my hands and braced the wind
The world is cruel and mean
Infested with wicked ways and sin
Good will always triumph over evil and win

Incognito will only let you lose your identity
Lies will only pull you down the endless pit of insanity
Whoever I¡¯ll be
It¡¯s going to be me

The beauty of being in the twilight zone
Makes me feel like I¡¯m sitting on a throne
The moon beams at me
While I reply in glee

Moments like this don¡¯t last
It¡¯s quick and it¡¯s fast
It is the same as you
Just a balcony view
