Religion offers special treatment for leaders
The message to the masses is that ministers are special
This presents a problem and today many leaders think that
They have some ‘god’ status—
Many leaders think that they should be treated differently from the laity (ordinary people)

In many churches there is a hierarchy and
This hierarchy makes slaves of the normal members
The reality is that certain leaders crave special treatment
Many of these leaders are attracted to the ministry of organized religion

Religion offers special treatment for leaders but
The words of Jesus are the complete opposite because He said
Whoever wants to be leader must be a servant…
We do not see this servant attitude amongst church leaders today—
It is very easy to preach—it is very easy to be in the pulpit

It is also very important to realize that there are many
Who want to remain in the church building—
Many people are only content to listen to a preacher
They want to only follow a ‘Moses’ and they want their
Leader to do everything—if this is the case then the church will split
The danger is that the congregation will eventually become a cult
You will have the blind leading the blind—
That might not be a nice thing to say but
Many will pay a heavy price

The saints were not raised up to be dominated by religious fools
The masses are given the wrong message today but
We are grateful that God is getting people out of their cages and
Showing them who they really are through Christ Jesus
