“Straight from the Heart”



Being involved with various ministries, God Has always revealed His Wisdom as to why I have ended up there. Of course, that is why He Is Calling us to ministries to see and experience His Beautiful Wisdom. And I shall be forever grateful to Him. Through my recent journeys, The Lord Has Brought people into my life with their challenges and problems which I was not necessarily able to fix but my compassion also have never ended either. Talking about Brothers and Sisters with addictions particularly…



And this story is dedicated them, to their hearts and to their struggles with their hearts and to their inspirations of fighting the good fight.



“Straight from the Heart”



I was having a deep conversation with a friend of mine whom have been a recovering drug addict. Talking about the on and off periods, talking about the experiences of “re-lapsing” which has caused so much emotional damages to his self. Guilt, shame and so on…And yes, these feelings unfortunately or fortunately does comes “straight from the heart”.

And as always, “just listen to your hearts” saying does work, as long as we don’t allow our hearts to be contaminated. Talking with my friend and trying to encourage him not to be so hard on him self, but foremost rather he need it the understanding that even when we fall, we need to take our hearts to God first, instead letting our hearts to dictate us in the flesh. Hope it’s make sense...and I Praise The Lord for this because my friend was not just hearing me but listening as well. Oh yes, and I don’t know any better of course but God Does. Everyday!



The below verse came to me in my quiet time just few days before I had my conversation with my dear friend…





“For God is Greater than our hearts, and He Knows everything.” (1 John 3;20 NIV)



Thank You Lord! Even when I am just a sinner, I can be saved by your Grace and live in Your Wisdom.
