A Shift in the Atmosphere

“Look at the new thing I am going to do. It is already happening. Don’t you see it? I will make a road in the desert. I will make rivers in the dry land.” (Isaiah 43:19)

It is so amazing and like Father to call us to attention and declare a word over our lives. He never ceases to amaze me. He has given us the promise before the circumstance. This two-fold statement and question brings with it a word, a vision, and a promise. The three combined are His covenant.
As we look around in the natural we see there is a shift occurring. The seasons are changing positions at His request. Winter is retreating to its place of confinement, and spring is sweetly and serenely taking its place on the scene; thusly, it is causing us to look upon the new things.

Perhaps in the spiritual realm, since we are able access both, you sense a change in the atmosphere, a shift, and it is propelling you towards your purposed destiny? Are you able to sense the things that you once prayed for so diligently are now within your reach? Just as the Word declares, “Look…Don’t you see it?”

Do you now understand the gifts, the seeds, the seasons, doing your part, your soul cries, and the divinely ordered rest? I do.

Today I choose to look at the new things that He is doing and going to do. There is indeed a shifting taking place in the atmosphere of our prayers, our worship, our trials, and our tribulations, but more than that, we are being elevated in the process of the shifting.

“Arise and shine, for you light has come, and the glory of the Lord is now upon you.” (Isaiah 60:1)
