The road beneath your feet


The road beneath your feet is pale
to drink is surely none,
a life worth little as you know
the day is truely done.
Satan has you on a chain
of no return I'd say
can you drink and still be sane
to see the setting sun.
A lonely life you say to me
is what you have in mind,
can your feet take you where
your soul is lost in time.
Beware of Satan's evil scheme's
He knows to well you see,
the road beneath your feet is pale
only Christ can set you free.
