THIS GENERATION Does Staying Busy, Mean Accomplishing Stuff?

This generation cannot stay quiet. It has a purpose, like all have, but...MY generation has a certain purpose to fufill. And this "purpose" does not involve us sitting down, waiting on life to pass us by. But we have to stand. But then again, us standing might make us into busybodies, and that is not good either. For, being busy does not always involve stuff happening. And so, we must not judge our progress by our projects that we are in, but rather by the time we spend in Gods face. And not just on wensday nights, but in every momment of our daily lives. We must not make ourselves believe that God is proud of us because of our church attendence. The truth is, WE, by ourselves cannot make God love us more, or even less. But we must do what he has called us to do, not to earn his love, but to show our love towards him. For if we have truly seen Gods love, it will be only natural for us to show our love towards him. And then comes a very vital part, to show the love God showed us, to the world. For, God so loved the WORLD, not "for God so loved ME". It is called the great commisson, we go out unto our world, and show Gods love to all the people.

Very true. So often we think that doing stuff will make God love us more when in reality it often distracts us from God. The only thing we should be focusing on is laying our lives down for Christ and He will take care of giving us ways to serve Him.
