In the beginning God painted the heavens
With His wonderful brush-strokes made
He the clouds in the sky and with Light added
He the vibrant colors from dusk until dawn.
God continued with the flowers in the fields
With a display that cannot be rivaled.
He uses the color spectrum for His palette.
And the trees in the forests?
How magnificent and majestic are they!
Each one adorned in royal garb.
He glued the molecules together necessary
To form the oceans,
But He did not leave them devoid of life.
He sculpted man from the clays of Earth
And made each of us unique as
Every true work of art should be.
He fashioned the insects and animals
And each has been put on the canvas accordingly
With purpose and the clear vision
Of the Master Artist.
Each and every piece is carefully crafted
And dressed by the Master Artisan.
Beauty and perfection is there already.
How can it be otherwise?
