To be a disciple
Takes devotion and trust.
To make your life an example
Is an absolute must.

You have to live each day
With devotion and care.
Treat each person equally
And in your judgment be fair.

You must lean on God
And let Him be your guide.
Regardless what happens,
He will not leave your side.

You should do unto others
As you would have them do unto you.
Be honest in all things,
Make sure your words are all true.

So start out your day
With a smile and a prayer,
And know in your heart
God will always be there.
