Tuesday afternoon Bible Study-Covenant Women Bible Study
The ladies of my circle are all wonderful in many different ways. Some I know better than others, some I know not at all. But to be joined together in the Lord, that is the most important thing of all. I have not been able to fit in very well with those that are my age, but the women who are older seem to be a better fit for me. I am old-fashioned, and I have some strange interest for someone in their 20’s. I enjoy sewing, crafting, and helping; some would say I am eager to please. This group I think will fit me to perfection, as it is geared towards serving God and serving others.
The ladies of my circle are a wide variety. They are all older; their children grown and gone. Grandmothers and great-grandmothers are counted among us, two of us are young mothers. The pastor’s wife, the church secretary. Many different talents, many different tales.
Where will this circle be taken? Where will we go from here? There is no better group of women that I would like to begin my jouney of living for the Lord, and serving God.
Lord, bless us and keep us close as we journey through Your Word. Keep us close and lifted as we travel closer to You. Let our thoughts, prayers, and service be good in Your eyes. Show us the way, Lord, to make this a wonderful adventure. I thank You for this opportunity, and I thank-you for these women. Let us all be a blessing in one another’s life.-Amen
