How to be really wealthy without robbing your soul?

This was the question posed at the front cover of Bo Sanchez’s second installment of his Simplify series.

And we can imagine ourselves rattling off with the best answers we could think of, like . . . by praying to the Lord regularly to give us financial blessings, by being a good Christian, by sharing to others our wealth, so on and so forth.

But really, the answer can be axed down to this: by staying simple.

In his book, Bo Sanchez, a main writer of Kerygma and best-selling author of numerous Christian books, dares, teaches, guides, and inspires everyone to be rich, to prosper, and to be simple---in God's way.

Just how on earth can someone be rich and stays simple, you ask?

Just how on earth you cannot? Bo would say.

He tells you that we are actually surrounded by oceans of blessings. That God really wants us to be rich! That the reasons why most people in the world can never be because they think they never can. On the process, they abuse themselves, instead of striving hard to uplift their standard of living.

You see, to be rich and to live a simple life is a matter of self-discipline.

Bo patterns our situation to that of traveling Israelites en route to the Promised Land. While Israelites struggles in the desert (which he describes our difficult situation) there’s always Manna from God to rescue them. And Manna in our everyday lives is the unexplained blessings and miracles that seem to pop out from nowhere, especially during the time when we are heavily pressed and "help" is a strange word.

And the Promised Land is what Bo aptly described as the Simple Abundance. It's the time when we become financially well-off and emotionally and spiritually stable.

This inspiring book not only teaches every reader how to achieve financial blessings, but how to live life in God's way.

Full of hilarious stories, of course coming from the author's firsthand experience, you will surely be captivated and on the process be driven to follow his teachings. What's amusing about the book is that the author speaks our language. He knows what we feel, what we need, what we wanted.
