My little piece of Heaven,
Where the world is not allowed.
Listening to bird song,
far from the Madding Crowd.

A little piece of childhood,
A little piece of Free.
A place to stop,
A place to rest.
A place to just be me.

Love upon my children.
Let them know I care.
Knowing all that really counts,
Is simply being there.

Pulling in the driveway,
So glad to just be home.
Precious time, to just unwind,
and cherish those my own.

A little piece of Heaven.
To stand and count the stars.
Breathe,
Believe, and thank my God.
How Wonderful You are.
