It is quite evident,
My heart is confident;
And desire to sing,
As the notes seem to ring.

Music plays in my soul,
As I start to extol;
Hearing a harp and chime,
As my mind keeping time.

The dawn of a new day,
As my mouth wants to say;
To give thanks to the Lord,
Who is loved and adored.

So I make songs of praise,
While my voice will raise;
Into Heaven above,
So God can hear my love.

The Lord is truly wise,
As truth reaches the skies;
For mercy and His grace,
Surrounds everyplace.

Let His glory extend,
Throughout every end;
To cover the whole earth,
So all see its true worth.
