in wonder.)

[LOVING GAZE.]
[PASSIONATE VOICE.]
"My beloved!"

(Little smile!)
(Gurgle.)
"Da'da."

[GENTLE TOUCH.]
[TENDER VOICE.]
"I love you,
My little,
precious one!"

(Little eyes open, wide.)
(Floating, dreamily.)
(Little thumb comes out
of mouth.)
(Tiny smile.)
"Da'da."

[WHISPERING,
TENDERLY.]
"Do you hear
Me;
My sweet, little
precious one?"

(Tiny smile.)
"Da'da!"

[SMILING.]

(Gurgling,
contentedly.)

[TENDER KISS.]

(Tickled squirm.)

[SLOW LOOK
OF HORROR.]
[VOICE THAT SHAKES
THE MOUNTAIN TOPS.]
"NO!"

(Gurgling stops,
suddenly.)
(Tiny movements
away from horrible
THING.)
(Panicked screams
for help.)
"DA.......
....DA!"

[HEAVENS RUMBLE,
WITH HIS ANGER.]
"NO!
STOP!
EVIL!"

(Horrible THING stabs,
and stabs at tiny, little
head.)
(Blood oozes out.)
(Scream of excrutiating
pain.)
"DA'DA!"
(Weaker scream.)
"...da'da...."

[EYES FILLED WITH
TEARS.]
[WATCHING WITH
HORROR.]

(Blood covers tiny face.)
(Piercing scream.)
(Last futile scream.)
"....da'da.......!
da'da....!"

[HEAVENS RUMBLE,
IN AGONY.]

(Tiny thumb is still.)
(Little eyes close,
for the last time.)
(Tiny head is open,
and bloodied, and
oozing.)

[TENDER VOICE.]
"Oh,
My beloved.
My tiny beloved."

(Silence.)

[KISS THE TOP
OF ONE LITTLE,
DEAD TOE.]
[WHISPER.]
"Oh,
My little precious one."
[CRADLE LITTLE DEAD
BODY, IN HIS ARMS.]
What have they
done to you.....
