Lord, You have kept record of our troubles,
You know the struggles that we have faced.
They are written with our tears in Your book,
and inside, our sorrows You have placed.

Lord, You know our comings and our goings,
You know the places where we all have been.
They are mapped out on each redeeming page,
and are charted with our victories and our sin.

Lord, You know about our fears and worries,
You know what concerns each and every one.
They are printed upon the mercy of Your heart,
and within, we find our comfort in Your Son.

Lord, you know our many needs and requests,
You know what each one of us truly requires.
They are engrave on each new holy golden leaf,
and contain not ours, but Your hearts desires.

Lord, You know those who are overcomers,
You know those whom to You have been true.
They're names are inscribe in Your book of life,
and we can't wait to spend all of eternity, with You.
