..............................Walking windswept desert valleys
.....................Remembrance fills me with confidence and trust
................A beautiful 'remedy of remembrance' - His Love for us

...........The Granduer of God engulfs my mind in a whirlpool of emotion
...............Swirling/ swooning - yet to a point of spiritual correlation

........................Breathless wonders from the Creative-force
............................To a faded believer - does reinforce
.................................His gift of Love for us to see
................................Reflections of His Love for me

........................My emptiness is filled, my heart is warmed
....................The quite of the desert, like the eye of a storm

...........................Barriers are broken, the mind absorbs
............................Words unspoken my memory stores

Reflections in the Desert is from a group of poems (14) that I wrote and put
together who have a theme of overcoming hardships with the Lord. I've
entitled them "Teary Smiles". By being a spiritual poet and artist everything
I do with regards to poetry & art has to do with promoting the Lord. To
help better promote the Lord, and thus my spititual poetry and art, while
also helping overcome poetry's overall low popularity. I've taken (not here)
both the poems of Teary Smiles, along with 10 poetically paraphrased Bible
verses that specifically praise the Lord and set them all in colorful art, giving
them a more decorative quality.This of course is so my promotion of the Lord
