I met a guy, whom I'll call desperate Dan.
He strutted around like a peacock on heat,
but never would he be a man!
His nemesis; karate kid.
His belly resembled a sow.
The amount of times he fell on his back,
when all I could hear was ow,ow ow!

Him I soon dropped!
Thought I would find me a man,
soon found myself next dating a hood,
found a lion, when I sought a lamb!
I'll never forget his roar!
A mobile next to his ear,
I shuddered on hearing him snore,
got away with the help of my fear!

Soon, I left town,
thought I needed fresh air,
met a guy while ambling along,
whilst singing all in love is fair.
But I had met a brute!
Who stung me in the right ear.
My heart near stopped, as I went into shock,
and I didn't say wow! but ow!

My ear on fire,
I fled again, I moved on.
I now know my own heart is a liar,
I'm singing a brand new song.
Man of my dreams,
I know you are out there, somewhere,
what hasn't killed me,
has made me feel strong,
here's a woman who says;
truth or dare!
