One day at a time
is all that we have.
To live with regret,
or live and be glad,
For all that we learn,
and all that we do.
One day at a time,
ever closer to You.
One day at a time,
So make it the best.
With a smile in your heart,
laying down all the rest.
Light in the darkness.
Warmth in the cold.
Love for the children.
Peace for the old.
One day at a time,
to keep walking or grieve.
Hold on ever steadfast,
to all we believe.
Promises waiting.
Hope whispers still.
One day at a time.
Living Grace,
In His Will.
