My Lips Say

My lips praise your name, mighty Yahweh
Giving you all the honor, sweet rock of ages
All that I have and declare is by your grace
Oh, where would I be without you my Ancient of days

You do so much for me, in fact even more
Everything that has breath, praises you Lord
You are amazing as nothing escapes you
You know everything and are in total control

Giver of life my lips will sing your name
Author of all great words, the beginning and the end
Wanting to live for you and destroy all devils, keeping them at bay
You are powerful and sovereign Lord, my lips will proclaim

My lips say yes to you Lord and your true ways
Created in your image, so they speak life by faith
Even in the mist of trouble, they will speak of your incredible tales
Magnifying you, as they describe the vastness and depth your love truly has
