When I hit the floor with a broken heart,
I knew my world has fallen apart.
I see and feel no peace in life,
I feel there's no end to this awful strife

I can't look beyond my hurt and tears,
I feel so sad and full of fears.
The past I lived is full of pain,
I dream and hope for life to gain.

As I looked through eyes of an empty soul,
I cry at the sight of not ever being whole.
As my tears of hurt are wiped away,
I see in life there's no other way.

As I look around for signs of hope,
I cry inside for it's a joke.
The answer now is to end my life,
For now's the time to end this strife.

And God I cried for peace from up above,
I saw from heaven a Spirit of love.
As the hands of love touched my life,
The love of God ended my strife.
