“Read Between those Lines”



Well, how often we say these words and of course we meant to have different meanings as well. So as for my self, I wish to share with you the following little story which has happened to me recently.



Returning from a wonderful so called “Church Camp” I was deep in thoughts but also filled with joy from this awesome experience and I Praise the Lord that I could being there…. Yes, the venue was beautiful the people at the camp were great and also having the friend there who has organized this entire camp.



Listening for my friend’s message on Sunday, nearly broke my heart. Correction, actually did broke my heart. Do you recall chapter 53-54 from Isaiah? About the beating of Jesus? What the people did to Him before the Crucifixion?



Let me recall a part of my friend’s sermon..



“You know why people has smashed His Beautiful Face? Because The Father’s Love was Shining Through on Jesus Face and the people couldn’t face it. They have pulled and ripped out His Beard but He, yes He, has never said a word to them.”



I could just picture this like I was there as an eyewitness. People shouting all over, swearing, some people were in tears and crying out loud. There was wind in the air with dust, lot of dust. And as I am standing there, here He Comes and Walk pass at me with carrying a heavy cross. As He Walk by, I am still looking upon Him, looking at the beaten body, looking at the bleeding stripes on His back and the Call from Above said…….”My Boy, Read Between those Lines”.
