"How My thoughts Almost Killed Me"

When I was told by a friend that I needed to change my thoughts I said "Nah", my thoughts can't change in a blinking of the eye.

I was wrong, what I had done was cover myself underneath tons and tons of delusional thinking that was killing my mind body and soul. I had virtually stopped living; each day was filled with self destruction. I would wake up with body aces that would stay with me from sun up to sun down.

I was a hermit in my room only to leave it for small meals that I had to force down. I wondered from room to room searching for something to get me out of this funk I had put myself in.

This behavior not only crippled me, but everyone around me each person was trying desperately to get me out of the quick sand that slowly sucking me up.

I knew that I couldn't live this way anymore, I began to read my bible. I ran across a verse Proverbs 23:7 that says very clearly "For as he thinks in his heart, so is he". Those words hit me like an out of control car that bears off into a brick wall.

Everything all of sudden became crystal clear to me. Now, I am in control of my mind; not the awful thoughts that had been running free throughout my mind.

It was then that my thoughts changed In a matter of minutes what I thought was impossible all of a sudden was now possible.

The bible tells me in Matthew 6: 33, says "But seek first the kingdom of God and all his righteousness and All things will be added to you.

Don't' let delusional thought dictate your life, or make you; your own enemy. Speak to yourself, encourage yourself and by all means stay locked into Gods word for power.

Luke 10:19, God says Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

This means that you, just as I , have the power to defeat anything that comes our way, seek him and see how your days will be filled with everything your heart desires.
