The night my meditation led me to the discovery of the prophets of my time, I do not remember. But of the nature of prophets of my time, before my time and if Jesus tarries, after my time was made known to my heart. Now I hear of and even see men who continually work for the world until they finally conclude that it has no place for them. They resolve to the church, not because their heart is drawn to God, but because men would accept their words of God’s work and dealings in their life as a beautiful excuse for their failure in society. Their hearts are not drawn deep, for their salvation is of compulsion, and the shallow cannot call out to the deep. For only a deep heart can accommodate the deep plans of God.
I further meditated on the book which I read and the workings of men which I saw and heard of. I marvelled, for the man who made the Lord his excuse now saw respect, power and something the world had denied him in a seat in the church. He saw in the seat of ministers and pastors, power, respect and the satisfaction of his deep crave- money.
Then began his struggle to know God’s word memorized in the mind as one learns chemistry memorised till he needs them no more. He learnt fast and was quickly accepted by the church. Quickly, he attained the post of ministration. Then began his prophecy of the word he had struggled day and night to learn; the inspiration brought by his desires the world denied him.
All these had I heard and seen that the book of Jeremiah- the prophet of God, which I meditated upon became life to me. For in the twenty-nineth chapter, I had seen three prophets who were and are in the church, even unto this day.

>The Prophet that make Themselves
These are they that are neither sent by God or men. They take it upon themselves to speak in God’s name the words which were not given to them; to go where they were neither sent by God or man.
As quickly as they rise do they fall.
“For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name. I have not sent them saith the Lord”
-Jeremiah 29: 9

>>The Prophets of the People
These are they that are called and made of the people, because they speak the words the itching ears of the people desire to hear. These prophets may know the true word of life, but it is not in them to speak it undiluted. Their prophecy is to satisfy the hearing of they that placed them where they are.
However, their end and the end of them that follow them are pitiful. They believe in dreams that conditions and situations have caused them to dream, visions that are spoken but were never seen. Indeed they are deceived of themselves by their very own selves.
“For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed”
-Jeremiah 29: 8

>>>The Prophets of God
They are the prophets fashioned and called by God. Then I asked within, who they are, that are called the prophets of God, and was answered: “They that speak not of their own inspiration nor understanding, but of the Spirit of the Most High. They that go only when I send them and wait upon Me in My silence”
It is they that are risen early, made and sent by God. It is them that are called by the name of God and indeed they are known of God. Their names are written upon the palms of God and are always ready to go for Him wherever He sends them.

>>Conclusion<<
In all this did I learn; that except a man is called by God to be a prophet for Him, his power will quickly fade, his respect diminish, money disappear, and though he abides for a while, his end is destruction.
