“For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want them to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths”. 11 Timothy 4:3-4

Today emerging leaders are reworking the Scriptures
Emerging leaders theology is achieved through democracy and
Democracy is a demonstration of craziness
They look at a text without considering the pre-text or the post-text and
Develop their own doctrine in order to promote there plans
The emerging church’s plan appears to be noble
They want to feed the poor, cloth the naked etc—establish peace on this planet
Clearly, as Christians we must feed the poor, cloth people etc
But oftentimes we don’t give them the Gospel Message
The emerging church wants to deal with the problems of the world
But a lot of them are sacrificing their souls for it

The church cannot establish the kingdom of God on earth in
Order to usher in the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus
This is a myth and many groups want this—in order
To achieve this you will have to combine with other religions
Jesus left peace within our hearts

The Kingdom of God is already in our hearts and
We bring it to a physical territory wherever we are
Jesus said that the kingdom of God is “within you” Luke 17:21
We cannot turn our world into a ‘Christ world’
But to make the above happen, many emerging leaders are
Joining up with strange groups eg. Roman Catholicism, mysticism etc.
Jesus asked an important question, “However, when the Son of Man comes,
Will he find faith on earth?” Luke 18:8b

The Holy Spirit brings the Kingdom of God
We rely on Him and not on man—
The emerging church wants a utopia on this planet
The emerging leaders are not fond of the book of Revelation
They reject this book—and this speaks volumes
The world is crying out for a peace plan and the
Emerging church has offered one!

“…they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want them to hear…” 11 Timothy 4:3-4
