Once there lived a father, a mother and a baby girl. The parents used to go out for work leaving the little girl with her grandmother. One day, when the baby was sleeping in her cradle, the grandmother went out to fetch some water. Suddenly the dimly burning lamp that was kept on a wooden table fell down and everything around started to burn. Soon even the roof was in fire. Heat and smoke filled the burning hut and the baby began to scream in fear. A big crowd gathered around to watch. Hearing the screams the grandmother rushed back to the burning hut crying 'Rescue the baby inside'. No one dared to move except for a good looking man who was returning from his work. He jumped into the burning hut brought the terrified child out. But he was covered with blood and wounds.

Few years later, the girl got irritated to see an ugly man coming into her house, very often. But whenever he came, the family treated him like a king. One day, she really got angry with the man and shouted 'Don't touch me. I don't like you. Go away' . The man became very sad without saying a word he walked slowly out of the house. But her parents took the girl aside and told her what had happened some years ago. Realising her mistakes she ran after the man, with tears running down her cheeks, she caught his hand from behind and cried 'I am sorry uncle, please forgive me and come home with me'. The man took her in his arms and kissed her dearly.
