Happy 50th Anniversary

When you two found each other, Two souls came,
then left as one, in a marriage blessed by Heaven's Son.
You gained the finest prize: a companion to share life’s joys,
a friend who lightens burdens, whose company is always a comfort.
You relied upon God’s wisdom to marry you.
It was through him you learned to love. You took the time to get to
know each other, as the… One… God meant for you to be.
When you found each other, you embraced the love you had dreamed of,
The laughter, the shedding of tears, some things unexplained ,
the source of endless pleasure and memories to treasure.
You two are an inspiration to the world.
Looking at you, we know that soul mates can find and
keep each other. Your marriage is like an old oak tree,
Still standing strong for all to too see. For in your eyes we all
can see that love like yours was meant to be.
A great team can overcome life’s troubles,
and love triumphs over all.
We pray your dreams will all come true, and may
God's blessing shine on you.
