One dollar is equavate to two thousand uganda shillings.
can you believe that with only two hundred uganda shillings,which is much less than a cent an evil man in Northern Uganda goes ahead to buy a fourteen year old girl to bed to satisfy his sexual desires.
it does not seem real but believe me that is happening.
they take advantage of poor girls who are looking for means of living on in a region which has been a battle field for the LRA rebels who for twenty years have been trying to over throw the government
i personally i spend almost twenty thousand shillings a day can you imagineif was an evil man how many girls i would have taken to bed in Northern uganda
