Gospel

I have confessed with my mouth that Jesus is Lord. I have praised Him and thanked Him with my mouth more times that I can count--and
that number continues to rise. And, I don't just believe in my heart that God the Father raised Jesus from the dead--I
know it for fact. Why? Because I believe in my heart with Faith that the Bible is the 100% inspired word of God. Faith supercedes the
gross limitations of man's so-called logic.

You won't defame my character or cause me emotional trauma if you refer to me as any of the following:

• Jesus Freak


• Bible Thumper


• Christian Fundamentalist


• Any variety of curse words

While the above listed nouns and phrases cause me no strife, I have to admit to having a strong dislike for being called:

• Late for dinner


• Religious

• Father


• Son (Jesus--the Lord and Savior)


• Holy Spirit (also known as Holy Ghost)

I don't have a religion, I have a relationship; that being with the Lord Jesus. Jesus offers me access to the throne room
of the Father God through prayer. Jesus allows me to drink of the Holy Spirit and to enjoy the gifts of the Spirit. Jesus
endured a painful, bloody death because of me the fallen man and my considerable sins. Jesus could have pulled Himself down
off of that cross on the hill at Golgotha, but it was His love for me that kept Him nailed there. On the invoice that lists my sins past,
present and future, the words PAID IN FULL are stamped in what appears as red ink but is in fact the blood of the Great I Am--Jesus Christ.
The deed has been done, leaving no religious works or rituals that need to be undertaken. I have accepted this grace and mercy by faith in Christ's death
and resurrection. I confessed it with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that God the Father raised Him
from the dead. Through His grace and mercy I am saved.

The veil that separated us from God was torn at the moment Jesus breathed His last breath on the cross. And yes, the veil is down
because Jesus lives in power and great glory. Hallelujah!

The proclivity of this fallen world is to complicate, convolute and distort the simple Gospel truth through religion. God did not create the vast majority of us to
be rocket scientists, so in His love He made it easy, free and crystal clear. There aren't multiple choices and optional pathways to eternal
life. God gave us one way, and that one way is Jesus. It can't possibly be any simpler than that. To those who believe that
it "just isn't fair" to have only one pathway to eternal life I ask this question: how could it be any fairer?
