"A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."(Proverbs 17:22)
Attitude makes a difference in most of life. How you look at a situation determines what you see. Having a cheerful heart is a great asset. If you look at life as full of wonderful possibilities and promises, you will be full of cheer. Life with the Lord is full and wonderful. My wife and I have walked down the mountains of Central America at midnight, have seen the beauty of volcanoes erupting in the night and have seen the whole mountain side glow with lava. I have walked the hills of Israel, and climbed the walls of the old city of Jerusalem, all in the service of the LORD. The joy of the Lord is my strength. It is good medicine. A crushed spirit is no fun, so don’t let anyone crush your spirit. You can choose to have a cheerful heart. Enjoy your adventure in the LORD!
