Bravery is remaining kind and sane,
Even when you’re in insurmountable pain.
Courage is listening to others whine,
You don’t say a word, though they’re actually fine.
It's living your life for the King of Kings,
Walking with Him no matter what life brings.
Proving God daily, never seeming to question,
The what’s, why’s and how’s, in your situation.
Heaven is your everlasting reward,
For all you’ve surrendered for the Lord.
No pain, no suffering, no adversity,
In God’s presence, for all of infinity.
This is my thank you note and this is the end,
See you again, but for now goodbye my friend.
