Bless the Lord, our salvation,
Who daily is bearing us up;
For He is our foundation,
For the faith that we do worship.

God of salvation, our Lord,
The God delivers us from death;
Who is beloved as He’s adored,
Refreshes us with waking breath.

God will strike the head of His foes,
Hairy crown of him in guilt ways;
From the depths of the sea He knows,
Of each and every one that strays.

The hairy scalp one to trespass,
And will strike their feet in their blood
He will bring them back for justice,
Drowning them in the raging flood.

The tongues of dogs portion the foe,
Lapping the blood off of their feet;
And scattering them where they show,
The Lord will cause them to defeat.
