Go down to the potter’s house,
You will be hearing God’s Word;
So, I went and saw his spouse,
He worked the wheel that occurred.

For the vessel that he made,
Had been blemished by his hand;
Another vessel conveyed,
Making a new one to stand.

The Word of God came to me,
As this potter can’t I do?
Molding the clay that I see,
Get Israel to pursue.

I shall speak unto the nation,
And concerning a kingdom;
Raze to rebuild creation,
And using the Lord’s wisdom.

If a land turns from evil,
I will repent from my thought;
No longer sees the devil,
Through the darkness that I sought.

At what instant shall I speak,
For rebuilding and to plant;
Guidance from God I shall seek,
For salvation He will grant.

If they do ill in His sight,
And do not obey His voice;
They will not be His delight,
Because of their free-will choice.

But for good that they repent,
It’s a benefit to them;
Changing ways is their intent,
Then the Lord will no condemn.
