We have been raised up with Christ,
And seated us next to Him;
Heavenly places enticed,
Blessed with spiritual vim.

In the coming of ages,
That might show exceeding wealth;
Grace in kindness in stages,
For our spiritual health.

It’s a gift from the Father,
Through faith are saved by grace;
Making Christ our Brother,
For entering of His place.

It’s not resulting from deeds,
Lest anybody should boast;
Rather resulting that feeds,
Fed by the Holy Ghost.

We’re the handiwork of God,
Good works created by Christ;
Prepared to honor and laud,
Since Jesus was sacrificed.

For God prepared beforehand,
That we should walk in His light;
As revealed whence He has planned,
To make our glory bright.
