We are to Live by Jesus’ Example, as a Christian
Which would make All of Us, Fishers of Men
In Today’s World, is this truly a possibility
The answer is up to, both you and me
We know that by His Word, Jesus Performed His Trade
And that none of His ideas, as He said, were self-made
So in Today’s World, we still work to earn our pay
This does not prevent us, from showing others the Way
As we go about our daily Life, we are exposed to need
We also have the chance, to plant the Salvation Seed
Just as Jesus helped people, as the need arose
We can help others too, as long as we do not impose
We are not to be judgmental, but to hate All Sin
To look where we are going, but to learn from where we’ve been
We are to give of ourselves, whatever we can
To Allow God to Lead Us, According to His Plan
Each day we ask God, for our next work assignment
Knowing that we may not always agree, with where we are sent
God Will Challenge You, by taking you out of your Comfort Zone
But with Him by your side, you will not go it alone
As you walk through your day, take a fresh look around
Opportunities to serve others, can always be found
A kind word, answer a plea for help, or simply to listen
You just never know where, or when it can happen
Show others God’s Love daily, in everything you may do
That’s all God is asking, and expecting of you
Walk as Jesus did, helping others along the way
Remember to commune with God, as you daily pray
