Bless be the one who finds wisdom,
And the one who does comprehend;
God will bestow from His Kingdom,
His angels to watch and defend.

The profit gained is much greater,
Than from any silver and gold;
So priceless from the Creator,
And can never be bought or sold.

More precious than any fine jewel,
More valuable than diamonds;
Allowing a temper to cool,
And flows through your mind in seconds.

No equal in your desires,
As it gives you a longer life;
And it quenches tempting fires,
While coping with any strife.

Wisdom shows us the pleasant ways,
With all of its paths lead to peace;
And will lead you out of a maze,
Making hostilities to cease.

Priceless wisdom gives you foresight,
Of the obstacles up ahead;
Along with its guiding light,
You will find a detour instead.

And as you lie down do not fear,
You will have sweet dreams as you sleep;
Because you know that God is near,
As a shepherd watching His sheep.
