One of my favorite discussions was "The Mom's Group." This was about 4 years ago when my son and daughter were. Some mothers talked about the challenges of raising 2 year old children or school children. Some mother even expressed the hardships of raising 5 year old children.
Each mother had a few minutes of discussing the challenges of parenting, and some of them often expressed how their faith in different ways. Some of them like myself chose not say to much about the personal effects that we have on our daily life.
During a meeting in a church, anybody has a right to voice their opinion about the kind of organizations that needs to take place in church or in a community or if their are any changes that should take place to improve any activities such as choir, catecism as well as any organizations that take place in a church setting.
If nobody says anything then most likely fewer less people would attend church, and not go to church at all. As a community we have the right to voice our opinion, and express what effects us a person in our daily lives at home, school or at home.
for example each and every one of us in our coffee break group often expresses as to how God works in our live, and certain whom we admired when we were growing up.
I think that it is important that everybody has a friend or mentor that they can trust or talk to on a daily or weekly basis like a minister or someone whom they have known for a long time.

I found some words left out of some sentences. I could still understand what you were saying though. I liked the extra space between the paragraphs. That make reading easier. When you proof read your work, use a pencil and point to each word and read them aloud. By doing this you will find many of your own mistakes.
Keep thinking about these kind of areas that need to be talked about.
