My course of training, study, and practice was self-designed largely, although I could depend on the books I was reading for good advice. These self culture books tell us to be vegetarian and to follow the commandments (as they can best be interpreted) and the general idea of study, meditation, and purification did present a certain difficulty in the sense that it meant devoting a lifetime to accomplishing a grasp of the rules for beginners.
After accomplishing familiarity with one modern group of study material, a second group presented itself, having originated even more recently. If what I was reading was true, the second group of writings would somehow confirm the first group. Isn't that the way science is done: with independent confirmation?
Then, an unexpected surprise occurred. I had an epiphany. It was like striking gold. I finally grasped something I had been missing in the literature I had been studying. The confirmation of the second group for the information read in the first group was astounding, because it changed the sense I had always considered it previously to be true.
The result was that I had achieved a sense of a new theory of evolution that I didn't think anyone in the first, and certainly not the second group, had been able to achieve. So the question remaining was, "How do I present this material?"
Since I approved of the lifestyles of the people in both groups and knew that they were on the right track to achieving results, I decided to throw my weight into a new arena. I decided to try to reach a Christian audience. I was excited because what I had found, I thought, could confirm everything they had learned by reading the Bible.
The Bible tells us that angels are a separate creation by God. In this new theory of evolution, angels involve while humans evolve. The Bible gives the story of Adam and Eve as the beginning for our lives with God. The new theory of evolution supports this view in an unexpected manner. In the seven race theory of evolution found in theosophy, we are told of extremely long periods of time in which we exist as human: seven rounds of seven planets with seven races on each planet for a total of 49 times that we are required to descend into form and ascend out of form.
This is described as three races materializing, one race in form, three races ascending. Adam and Eve are the beginning of the fifth race on earth. It is significant, not because it is the creation of the human being which occurred in our first race, but because it is the creation of a higher kingdom inside each of us. I call this kingdom: girasas. Jesus tells us about the kingdom of God within each of us. It is a privilege to know this being that is part of a higher kingdom. It is a privilege to work with them and to know life through their eyes.
Psychology has long divided our constitution into three parts: the id, the ego, and the superego. I have come to view those three parts of ourselves as separate beings. The id is the angel portion. The ego is the human, the self. The superego is the girasas. I'm especially excited about this because I have a degree in psychology, and it seems like the right degree to find a new theory of evolution that Christians could be proud of.
According to this theory of evolution, the girasas kingdom will be with us for three races. During this time the girasas will become physical and the human will ascend out of matter and off the earth, but don't worry there are six more globes to inhabit before we return to earth for the fifth time. And the girasas are the kingdom that will meet us there each time, during their first race (the fifth race of the human) and teach us so much about life that it lifts us out of our forms. But there shouldn't be any fear, because we return to form again and again.
Having Genesis as a creation story, not of the human being, but of a higher kingdom living within each of us is a wonderful accomplishment.

Many moons ago, having been taught evolution at school and also having a keen interest in psychology from mental health nursing days, I believed that somehow there was a way that including the scriptures, all three could sit together nicely. My journey is too detailed for a comment box, but suffice it to say that in my case, it was my lack of trust in lettin God speak to me through the scriptures that set me off on a wild goose chase. I now believe that if God had wanted us to know the details, he would have told us in the beginning.
This is not a criticism of your excellent work, but a vast difference of opinion.
