“The Purpose Of Salvation”

The purpose of salvation is so that all of mankind would be saved. Salvation is being saved from danger, evil, difficulty, destruction, etc. Salvation is a gift from God that cannot be brought. The bible says in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” The purpose of salvation is also to tell others about Jesus.

There are many brothers and sisters who are saved but do not tell others about salvation. Jesus said “If you deny me before men I will deny you before the angels of God.” God did not save us so that we only would go to heaven. We are called to be a witness to the goodness of God and his son our Lord Jesus Christ. It is impossible to have the spirit of God in you and stay the same.

God is in the business of the Network Marketing. You find two, who find two, who find two and sign them up with the Blood of Jesus. God is not interested in just giving you a free get out of hell card. God is interested in how we live. Now I am not ignorant to the fact that we all make mistakes and it is a process in walking right with God. Yet, we are still required to share our faith and do right which is a part of God`s purpose for our lives. You may not be called to be an Evangelist, Prophet, Apostle, Pastor or Teacher but that does not mean you should tell no one about Jesus.

In conclusion, Salvation allows you to see the things in life how they really are. The activities that were done and the places visited that were evil. Salvation is necessary because we live in a sin sick world. As members of the body of Christ we have a responsibility to revive the world under the anointing of the Holy Ghost. Salvation is to our benefit not God. People will pay the penalty for ignoring God`s gift to us. The Bible says choose life or death. Dr. Creflo Dollar at World Changers said, “God does not need us to be who he is but we need him to be who we are”. As King David mentioned, “Let the God of my Salvation be exalted”(Psalm 18:46).
