Grandparents recipe

Start with a home-canned jar of experience
-must include a generous mixture of tears, laughter, hurts, and joys

Simmer for several decades, stirring often to avoid clumping and lumps!

Add spices … be sure to use lots of peppery types for attitude as well as savory for depth of flavor.

Be liberal with any and all sweeteners; don’t hesitate to add more as it nears completion.

Warning:
Excessive sweeteners can have a sickening affect.
Over-salting can make it inedible and repugnant.
Extremely hot spices can sear and burn.
Superfluous savory can become overpowering.
Completely avoid sour or bitter flavorings as they will ruin the taste.
Use wisdom to achieve a balance, enhancing the character of the blend.

For the ingredients, use a mixture of:
Love
Joy
Peace
Patience
Kindness
Goodness
Faithfulness
Gentleness
Self Control

The flavor of the recipe with be greatly enhanced the longer it simmers and the more ingredients you add.

Don’t hesitate to turn to the Master Chef for assistance as He is eager to help and will never reject any request for wisdom, and He will not find fault with you for requesting aid.
