Another blurry, confused night,
the fever would come and go;
headachy, alternately cold and hot;
if there's more I don't want to know!

Today is St. Patrick's Day
a celebration of all things green;
all I want is to go back to bed;
and sleep it away, never to be seen!

I pray that God will take us both,
and make our health brand new;
meantime, with all that I have in me,
my heart sings how much I LOVE YOU!!!
