Broken pieces healed by God’s hands
Hearts all broken and torn in pain,
God picks up the pieces
And puts them all together again.
Our lives were:
Broken pieces,
Of lives grown cold,
Broken pieces ,
Of hearts once whole,
Broken pieces,
Full of grief and woe.
Only God can mend these pieces
Only He has the power to heal.
All the torn pieces and jagged edges
He mends if only to Him we release.
Broken pieces,
Can be healed over all to tower,
Broken pieces,
Can be reborn and joyful this hour,
Broken pieces
Will be turned to beauty by His power.
