You get these uncertain feelings and you cover them
Up, hoping they’ll just go away
But nothing disappears ‘cause you will it to
And these uncertain feelings stay

All that you hide will be
Revealed in an open place
Someday you’ll meet
Your fears face to face

You push your secrets
To the back of your mind
And run away hoping
To leave it all behind

You can’t get away from yourself
So what will you do
When you come face to face
With the secrets inside of you

Someday you’ll meet your fears
And the secrets deep inside of you
Someday you’ll see God face to face
What will you say, what will you do
