If My Friends Were All Angels In Heaven


If my friends were all angels in heaven,
they would have white, feathery wings;
with bright golden tips,
for all the joys that they bring.

If my friends were all angels in heaven,
they would have eyes like diamonds that shine;
touching hearts everywhere,
especially mine.

If my friends were all angels in heaven,
they would have gowns with sparkles galore;
for a million prayers prayed,
maybe more.

If my friends were all angels in heaven,
they would wear a radiant glow;
for all the things that they do,
that no one else knows.

If my friends who are here on this earth,
are all angels to Thee;
then I thank you dear Lord
for sending these angels to me.
