Are you easily swayed; easily convinced and persuaded?

Some people are gullible; they’ll believe anything. Maybe you’re firmly rooted in your beliefs. Others are skeptical. It’s wise to learn the facts before making snap judgments. Yet, some very important decisions are based on simple faith and trust.

The Apostle Paul seized every opportunity for evangelism. He boldly shared the gospel message and his personal salvation story. In appeals for Roman justice, he came before government officials and leaders.

The Roman world became his stage; Paul turned the spotlight on Jesus.

On one occasion, Paul found himself in the company of King Agrippa, Bernice and Festus.

He shared his conversion testimony.  (Acts 26:1-23)

"Now as he thus made his defense, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, you are beside yourself! Much learning is driving you mad (Acts 26:24 NKJV)!”

Paul was not deterred; he turned his attention to King Agrippa. "King Agrippa, do you believe the prophets? I know that you believe (Acts 26:27 NKJV).”

Did Paul persuade King Agrippa?

Well, almost…

"Then Agrippa said to Paul, You almost persuade me to become a Christian (Acts 26:28 NKJV).”

Tragically, the king was not persuaded. He did not surrender his life to Christ Jesus.
