I have carved you on the palm of my hand
Look at the lines on my hand
Your Name is the most visible one on it.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
I thought of your name generations ago
I hummed your name at the start of Creation.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
Look closely at the finer prints
My name is glued to yours on the destiny line.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
My hand has shielded your name
Protected it from the piercing of nails.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
The flowers whisper to each other
On how our love is so colorful and scented.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
The hills too eavesdrop on your words
When you speak about me to the greenery around.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
The birds willingly fly over the route
That takes me all the way to you.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
Angels hover and float all around us
Their golden wings shine with the light of our love.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
My fingers have held on to you
As my own way of showing love to warm your hand.

I have carved you on the palm of my hand
Made you with special thought and care
Sent you down to earth from heaven
To tell the whole world how much do I Love.
