I would like to share with you of how the Lord brought me through a most painful time in my life. I was 25 years old at the time when I got married but it eventually ended up in a divorce because I just couldn't take living with my husband any longer because of the type of spirit he had. But the one who was supposed to have loved and cherished me caused me the most horrific pain in my life, but the Lord brought me through and he was my comfort in all my sorrows and he brought me peace of mind. But if it wasn't for the Lord on my side I would have never made it through the pains of my divorce the Lord was my Attorney and Judge and he worked out the custody of our children in court. For the devil tried to destroy me through using the one closes to me my husband but the Lord protected me from all the Devil's schemes and he healed my broken heart. The Lord brought healing to me through his love and the comfort of his written words in the bible. The Lord has restored back to me his peace and joy that the Devil had stolen from me and he protected my mind and delivered me from depression and anxiety in my marriage and comforted me and gave me peace of mind from my experiencing two miscarriages. So I can definitely testify to the goodness of the Lord because his word was my shield and buckler from all the devil's schemes, trick and strategies in my life. According to Ephesians 6:12-13 it says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So it was the devil who is my real enemy that wanted me to lose my faith in God and my mind at the same time through the trials in my life. But through the power of the Lord Jesus Christ he didn't succeed and I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me and it was the Lord that fought my battles. All I did was obey phillipains 4:6 to be not anxious for nothing but by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God and the peace that passes all understanding, shall keep your heart and mind through Christ and this scripture helped me to take everything I was going through to the Lord and he kept me and protected me and worked out all things for my good and his glory. When the enemy came against me I didn't panic I prayed and that's what has brought me through my storms and has brought peace to my life and victory to all my situations. I can also testify to Isaiah 61 in my life which says The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-heart, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of Joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the Spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. This scripture the Lord fulfilled in my life he did this for me because I was broken and hurt from the pains of my divorce and I cried many tears to God but the Lord comforted me in my mourning for the Lord says in Psalms 51:17 the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and contrite heart, O God thou will not despise and the Lord didn't despise mine when I prayed to him. The Lord gave me exactly what Isaiah 61 says beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness and I was able to lift up my head and praise the Lord in song and in dance in my storm because of his faithfulness and love he showed towards me when I was so broken in my spirit and he showed me so much mercy. So I thank God for his love and faithfulness shown towards me even through all I've gone through he has never left my side. So I just like to testify that the Lord heals, delivers and makes whole again because he did it for me. He healed my broken heart and delivered me from a violent man and restored me soul. But the greatest thing he did for me was save my soul from the lake of fire and forgave my sins and made me into a new creature in Christ. So now he has placed my feet on the paths of righteousness to walk in his laws statues and commandments and I am now free to serve him in peace with my children. But what brought me to repentance was his love, grace and mercies he showed towards me for the goodness of God leads to it according to Romans 2:4 and his long-suffering with me. So I believe it's very important to confess your sins to God because if I would have held unto mine I would have never received the forgiveness offered me in 1 John 1:9-10 which says if we confess our sins, he's faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And the Lord has surely kept his word in my life many times. So it's also very important to surrender all your problems to the Lord for he says to cast all your cares upon him for he careth for you in 1 peter 5:7. For if I would have never casted my cares upon the Lord I would have never received the healing and wholeness of my soul and the purification of my heart nor would I have made it through half my storms and trials. From doing this I also learned to love my enemies and to pray for those who persecute me it's only because of the great love of the Lord that I was able to do this. So I am thankful that according to Romans 8:35-39 which says who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the Love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. So I will assure you that the Lord wants to help you, heal you, deliver you and save you for he did it for me and he's no respecter of persons but you must be willing to Repent, Confess and be Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. So I thank you for this opportunity to share with you my testimony and deliverance of the Lord Jesus Christ in my life. All praises to the God of Israel.
