the branches, the vine
knitted together, strong,
growing, loving, nurturing
the branches, the vine, touching
linked one to another,
stitched, the threads,
the branches, the twigs,
the stem, the root,
all knitted, one vine
bearing fruit
in community, as one
living, abiding in our Lord
