A brand new month has begun,
one I always associate with going to school;
as if to say, 'something's different',
the weather has also turned cool...

A time to reflect on the days gone past,
to wonder what lies on the path ahead;
to think of all the new discoveries to be made,
if I allow myself to be led...

I think of all the wonderful days,
the gifts of love and time from above;
and wonder at all the joys that are mine,
because of your sweet tender love...

I think back at our wedding day,
the sheer joy and happiness that were mine;
and know that it still is mine every day,
for God gave us this gift sublime!!

I look back at my collection of memories,
like snapshots in our album of love;
and know that for all these joys of the past,
there are many more to come from above!!

I treasure every moment we have together,
each one a jewel, crafted brand new;
and string them all on a ribbon of joy,
sweet reminders of how much I LOVE YOU!!

You are the gift that God gave to me,
wonders that are mine every day;
and I want to find a thousand new words,
that will show my love on our way...

My love is there, it shines every day,
and every day it seems to be shiny and new;
and my greatest joy is to gather it all up,
and give it all back to you!!

All that I feel, the thoughts in my heart,
can all be put in words so few;
but they are the most beautiful words in the world,
for they say how much I LOVE YOU!!
