Congratulations to all who enter these challenges. The stories I read are written from the heart. I am honored to have won a 1st place ribbon this week. Thank you to all who reviewed and critiqued my piece. To God be the glory!!
Re: Winners for LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL Challenge
Congratulations to all the contestants. Every word written for our Lord is a winner. I read some very inspiring articles, stories, and devotionals within FaithWriters. In the near future, I will have more time to explore the HOW 2's of this forum. Till then, hope this is readable. Jim Newton

Congratulations to all the winners! My children are in bed, the kitchen is clean, and now me and my decaf cup of coffee are looking forward to some good reading!

Re: Winners for LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL Challenge
Thank you, Deb. I am so happy I found FaithWriters. It's only been a month, but it has been a great experience! The weekly challenge makes me think creatively and write more. I love it.
And, thank you, Toni for finishing your housework and reviewing my entry.

Re: Winners for LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL Challenge
Dusty, I love hearing feedback like that. It makes it all worthwhile.
The Challenge is, at its heart, a personal challenge for writers to hone their skills writing to word count, topic and deadline. I love seeing writers grow as they jump into the Challenge each week--not just writing, but reading other entries and thinking about what does and doesn't work. Strip all the contest aspects away and the Challenge is still an excellent tool for writers. (But I'm biased.)

Re: Winners for LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL Challenge
You have my vote on that one too Deb. Not complaining about the few dollars I have won in the Challenge, or the thrill of placing in the EC group, but by far the best prize I have ever received was when someone showed me something that really helped me to improve as a writer.
Blessings, Graham.

May we all get eyes to see and ears to hear,
A Revelation of His Word, crystal clear.
Admitting our need to be drawn in,
Less of self, more of Him.
My prayer for us all.
God bless us with the Revelation of His Word, Graham
