Off the charts for creativity. You pulled me along and I wanted to keep reading. Unfortunately, there's a lot of truth in this. Well done.
You caught me, nodding my head, agreeing, challenged to put my "wires and glass" contraption down and walk away. What a creative perspective on this topic!
What a triumph of words and wisdom! And what a delightful and entertaining read. (As I type on my wires and glass) : )
I was a bit puzzled about the claims of who invented the Internet.
This is worth a second and third reading. Like a favorite movie.
I laughed out loud at the comment about pimple popper. ;) This was awesome!
This is really awesome. I was hooked from the very beginning and even blushed over Dr Pimple Popper and kitten memes! You did a great job with this story.
Very imaginative, and I especially appreciate the part about people using their "wires and glass" for Bibles.

Since I'm a "dinosaur" in terms of social media and shy away from it totally, I
especially related to the not holding the Bible the old fashioned way sentence.

I may be one of the few that still do hold my Bible, and continue to mark up my good book. Prayers that have been answered are in the back, and pages are lovingly worn. But I'll never trade it in for "wires and glass!" LOL.

Nicely done.

Um... guilty as charged, unfortunately! This read like "The Screwtape Letters," which was probably intentional. I love it.
Very Creative! This reminds me of the Screwtape Letters (which gave me nightmares when I read them at bedtime.) I agree that our phones are big contributor in drawing us away from God.
OK, now you've really hit home !! I can't believe you attacked one of my favorite TV stars, "Dr. Pimple Popper." She does this surgery as a sort of "ministry" in getting rid of painful, ugly blemishes that scar a patient's psyche as well as their skin. But I forgive you because it was such a great, creative, out-of-the-box entry and I feel the judges will overlook the remark about the lovely, gracious Dr. Pimple Popper (my new best friend, btw). :-)

Great take on the topic. Well done.
This is simply outstanding creativity with an outstanding message.
You didn't even need a note that this is written in the style of the Screwtape Letters.

Very creative and relevant.

I'm thinking Noel wrote this.
Congratulations on winning 5th place, Corinne.

Very well done!
Congrats Corinne on you EC award.
